It’s easy to see why at age 70 Lou is feeling good. Our personal training sessions provide all the modifications he needs, with the family support and camaraderie unique to our community. Hearing Lou share how he can do things here that he couldn’t do anywhere else is exactly what we strive for; making fitness a positive experience for all who walk in our doors.
